Rangers Game

Friends invited us to a Rangers game last week. We had a great time but it was so different from last time we attended. The previous time it was August, 102 degrees, Addison was 2 months old, the Rangers lost and I was miserable (but happy to get some good pictures). This time it was cold (Addison wore a hat) but the Rangers actually won! I attached a picture from our first trip as well as the last.

Dallas Arboretum

If you ever want to feel like a rock star, dress up your baby girl in a pink tutu and walk through the Arboretum in Dallas. Addison, my mother in law and I went there last Friday. The weather was perfect and I took so many pictures. Addison was so stinkin' cute that random visitors even stopped to take her picture!

Bluebonnets

Taking pictures of your kids with bluebonnets seems to be a Texas spring tradition. I've been looking all over for them this year but only saw them in medians of busy roads or steep slopes. I heard about a pretty good field of them and decided to check it out for myself today. It was really too bright to get a really good picture but at least I got something.

First Kiss

Addison had her first kiss last night with Matthew. She crawled right up to him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. I think that pictures are better than words in this instance. Ahhh, young love!

Cousin Hannah

Addison and I flew to Atlanta to meet Hannah, one of Addison's new cousins. We actually got to fly with Henry because he was meeting his dad in Atlanta where they planned a rendezvous to watch all four days of the Masters in Augusta. Henry's sister and brother in law were nice enough to let us crash at their place while Henry was having a grand vacation (I can't wait for Henry to take Addison for a couple of days while I go on vacation--which is probably never going to happen). I can't believe that I did not get any snap shots of Addison and Hannah together although I have some nice professional photos. I guess all I have to show you is a picture of Addison on the plane.

Oh, and I am officially jinxed--we were on one of the first American MD-80 fligths that were canceled. We eventually made it to Atlanta--one day late and without our luggage.

My sister Susan also had a little girl, Julia, a couple of weeks after Hannah was born and we can't wait to meet her!

Sleeping Beauties

We took a short trip with a friend and her baby. I had to get a picture of the sleeping beauties.

Play Time

Now that Addison is mobile, she is so happy! Here are some fun play pictures. She really loved the car which we borrowed from a friend while at the park.
