Happy 4th of July!!

Bounce Town

I took Addison to a bounce house in the area. They have a toddler area that only costs $1 and has lots of soft toys and a slide. Addison loves to go down the slide by herself. I think she looks like such a big girl and not a baby anymore--especially because she can slide by herself.

Addison and her buddy Max took a break from sliding to just hang out.

Trip to Houston

We traveled to Houston last weekend to attend a wedding of some family friends. Addison had the chance to catch up with her cousin Hannah, who lives in Atlanta. Hannah is now 3 months old and as cute and happy as a baby could be. Hannah is all smiles and really relaxed--unless she is hungry. Addison and Hannah really enjoyed each other's company. Addison loved to get in Hannah's face and smile for her and Hannah always rewarded Addison with her adorable toothless grins. We can tell they are going to get along well as they grow up. I was only a little jealous of Hannah's cute fat rolls and hair.

I think Henry's parents were only a *little* happy to have their granddaughters home for a visit

The girls were really good at the wedding but fell asleep on the way home. It was cute that their heads were pointed the same way.

Great grandma loved being with her "great-greats" (as she calls them). She is a very proud great grandma and was even wearing a button with Hannah's picture on it.

Playdate with Mia

Mia and her mom came over to play last week. Addison gives kisses to things that she likes (her favorite pages in a book, toys, people) and she gave Mia and her mom kisses. I was trying to get a picture of the kiss, but it never works out . . .

Up to no good . . . .

It got strangely quite in the house a couple of days ago when I was making dinner. I found little Addison getting into my wallet and removing all my credit and gift cards. She was very proud and I quickly learned that my purse must always be on the table.
